Scripture

Every story, struggle, & hallelujah rooted in Scripture

At Hourly Hallelujah, the foundation of every post is God’s Word. Scripture is not just a guide but the very breath of God, equipping us to live for His glory in each hour of our day.

When emotions rise and fall, when struggles feel heavy, or when joy overflows, scripture steadies our hearts. It teaches us, reminds us of God’s promises, and redirects our focus back to Him.

God’s Word is Our Foundation

Scripture is not a human’s words or advice. It is God-breathed truth, meant to shape us, correct us, and prepare us for every circumstance.

2 Timothy 3:16–17

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.”

God’s Word is Our Light

God’s Word leads us when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. It lights the way, hour by hour.

Psalm 119:105

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”

God’s Word is at Work in Us

The Bible is living and active, continuing God’s transforming work in our hearts as we believe and obey.

1 Thessalonians 2:13

“And we also thank God constantly for this, that when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men but as what it really is, the word of God, which is at work in you believers.”

Why This Matters Here

Every story shared, every struggle written about, and every reminder to give God glory is grounded in the unchanging Word of God. My prayer is that this space always points back to Scripture — because it is here that we find hope, correction, encouragement, and the steady voice of our faithful God.
